Male, 28 to 34 years old
Architecture or Engineering Graduate
Computer Literate (MS Office and AutoCadd)
Must have at least 3 years extensive experience in Construction Management ,especially in Fit-Out Projects
Has experience in the following:
Preparing cost estimates and bill of quantities
Charting work schedules and catch-up plans
Projecting targets and accomplishing them
Preparing regular detailed reports & updates
On-site manning and quality inspection
Directing workers and subcontractors in construction sites
Job mix: 80% supervision/management & reports and 20% designing
With good interpersonal and leadership skills
Must possess above average communication skills
Hardworking and result-oriented
Willing to work in different project locations
Full-time position available
