Quantity Surveyor Estimator
Brief Statement of Functions:
1. Estimating / validation of construction estimates
2. Assessment of manpower requirement
3. Cost monitoring & comparison against project budget
4. Preparation of project budget and schedule
5. Determination of accomplishment and preparation of project billings
Other Skills:
1. MS Office and MS Project
Qualification Required:
1. Civil Engineer, preferably licensed. with working experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator for at least 4 years.
2. Willing to work at Santolan, Pasig City (Project Site).
