Bahasa Indonesian SPEAKING AGENT ? Alabang, 40-50k
Responsibilities:
*Assist clients/ customers with their inquiries
*Provide full customer satisfaction and top quality service.
*Coordinates well with co-employees, Superiors and other departments.
*Provides answers and solutions to the customers in a professional manner
*Meet priorities set within the department and any SLA provided.
*Intermediate written and verbal Bahasa Indo communication skills are required
Qualifications:
*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
*At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
*Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang,Muntinlupa City.
*Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
*Full-Time positions available.
*Written and verbal Bahasa Indo communication skills are required.
Salary : 40k - 50k
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
